*Ah!* It's a brave new world. A guy has got nothing but resources. Trees to punch, rocks to punch, and weird square hills to climb. Oh, and that ominous castle behind that hill, stay away from there unless you've figured out how to make a sword. Also, we got the crafting table made but once we can't seem to figure out how to craft anything with it. How can we use those enticing planks in our inventory to build ourselves a nice, cozy cabin? We're sick of hiding in a hole at night while we wait for those creepy creepers to appear!
Okay, we'll fess up. We're honestly not very good at this game. Yeah, we totally had you fooled, right? All we can do when we're around creepers is run as fast as we can. That panic we feel when the sun is going down is a feeling that should only apply to real life situations but we can't help it, it's primal! Your son knows better. He can tell where those creepers, spiders, and skeletons are going to spawn on an intuitive level. Sure, it might be frustrating playing a game that your kid is great at while you're respawning left and right but at least you have someone to protect you from that angry mob of pixelated villains. It's okay, don't feel bad! You'll take care of your child IRL and your technologically savvy kid can take care of you in this brave new world.
